"I have no idea who the other 20 reviews came from, but my experience was quite the opposite. I had an issue with a surprise inspection at my home that was done without my presence. The demands of the inspection agent were very unclear and this office provided very little help and guidance. In fact the staff acted putout when I reached out to them and the agent never returned any calls. I switched to another State Farm agent in town who cheerfully and efficiently helped me get the situation resolved."
"Stephen, you really need to be honest when you leave a review! State Farm conducts a survey of property as a normal business practice so we can mitigate losses and try to keep insurance premiums affordable. Last year, State Farm sent you a letter to do certain tasks around your home as to prevent certain losses in the future. You constantly argued with my staff that you never received the letter, but our notes showed they discussed it with you last year so you would have time to make the repairs. You always got angry and would hang up the phone while they were talking. Then, two months before the non-renewal, you kept calling saying we need to "cut you some slack" and give you more time. State Farm gave you a year (which you deny), but our notes tell a whole different story. I did decide to not take your calls after you kept hanging up the phone on my staff."

"It is a thing of the past!! If you would like outstanding customer service Call Don Carpenter. We are trying to buy a house and needed insurance. He was a professional in every sense of the word.
